This web site, including all content and functions made available on this site (the "Site"), is published by See Films First Limited on behalf of Tell Ten which is a brand of Universal Pictures International UK & Eire. When you access, browse or use this Site you accept, without limitation or qualification, the terms and conditions set forth below.

Your Right to Use the Site and Its Contents

This Site is only for your personal use. You may not distribute, exchange, modify, sell or transmit anything you copy from this Site, including but not limited to any text, images, audio and video, for any business, commercial or public purpose. By entering the Site you are complying with these Terms and Conditions of Use, and Seefilmfirst.com grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to enter, display and use this Site. You agree not to affect/interrupt or attempt to affect/interrupt the operation of this Site in any way. Any unauthorized use of the Content and proprietary logos, service marks and trademarks may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and certain civil and criminal statutes.

Allocation of tickets

All tickets are supplied in good faith and SeeFilmFirst cannot be held responsible for any changes or cancellation in screening times. Tickets are supplied on a first come, first served basis. Whilst all efforts are made to ensure tickets are allocated to capacity, in the event that there is overbooking, for whatever reason, any alternative ticket allocation is entirely at the discretion of SeeFilmFirst or the cinema manager. No guaranteed compensation is offered. Tickets are supplied for use of applicant and guest only. Tickets are non transferable.

Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited.

If you cannot use tickets allocated, please let us know as soon as possible by notifying icantgo@seefilmfirst.com All bookings are also subject to the cinemas own terms and conditions of entry. SeeFilmFirst reserves the right to refuse tickets to an applicant and the right to withdraw access at any time and without giving reason. SeeFilmFirst in conjunction with its partners, will use its best endeavours to ensure that the performance will take place in accordance with its advertised programme. However, it reserves the right to cancel a performance, substitute an alternative film or vary the time of an exhibition if forced to do so by circumstances beyond its control.

If a performance is cancelled or its timing changed substantially, SeeFilmFirst liability will be restricted, at its discretion, to offer an alternative screening as subject to availability. Where a film has been classified notification will appear on the booking page. SeeFilmFirst applicants requesting tickets must observe the conditions of the British Board of Film Classification Certificate for the film being shown. The cinema have a legal obligation to refuse admission to any person, who in the opinion of the Duty Manager, is under the minimum age required for "12", "15", or "18" Certificate films (including children in arms). Proof of age may be required in certain instances.

As with general cinema terms and conditions, children in arms are admitted to "U" and "PG" films on the understanding that they are removed from the auditorium should they cause disturbance to other customers. Tickets cannot be exchanged for money refunded, other than in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the Duty Manager. Attempts will be made to resell customers' tickets returned prior to the commencement of a performance. Sound and video recording equipment, cameras and mobile telephones are not permitted in the auditorium.

PROMOTION

This Web Site may contain sweepstakes, contests or other promotions that require you to send material or information about yourself. Please note that sweepstakes, contests or promotions offered via the Web Site may be governed by a separate set of rules that, in addition to describing such sweepstakes, contest or promotion, may have eligibility requirements, such as certain age or geographic area restrictions. It is your responsibility to read such rules to determine whether or not your participation, registration and/or entry is valid. You agree to read and comply with such rules before entering any sweepstakes, contest or promotion on this Web Site.

THIRD PARTIES

Your dealings or communications through the Web Site with any party other than SeeFilmsFirst.com are solely between you and that third party. Certain areas of the Web Site may allow you to conduct transactions or purchase goods or services. Third-party partners and vendors may conduct these transactions. Under no circumstances will the Web Site be liable for any goods, services, resources or content available through such third party dealings or communications, or for any harm related thereto. Please review carefully that third party's policies and practices and make sure you are comfortable with those policies and practices before you engage in any transaction. Any complaints, concerns or questions you may have relating to materials provided by third parties should be forwarded directly to such third parties.

Certain areas and/or services offered via the Web Site may require registration or may otherwise ask you to provide information to participate in certain features or access certain content. The decision to provide this information is purely optional; however, if you elect not to provide such information, you may not be able to access certain content or features or participate in various areas and/or services offered via the Web Site. When you register or become a member of the Web Site or provide information to the Web Site in any other manner, you agree to provide only true, accurate, current and complete information.

Tell Ten recognises the importance of your privacy. All information that you provide to us will be retained and disclosed only in accordance with the Data Protection Acts 1984 and 1998.

Registration - All visitors to the Tell Ten website are given the opportunity to register with Tell Ten. This can be achieved by clicking on REGISTER ME within the REGISTER section at the top of the website pages. The benefits of registration include being able to receive special offers and information from Tell Ten.

In addition to the details you supply when registering, Tell Ten may collect information about your tastes and preferences based on your use of the website. The collection of information may include the analysis of website traffic and purchasing behaviour, including the use of cookies. All communications will come from SeeFilmFirst or Tell Ten on behalf of Universal Pictures International UK & Eire. You can un-register or amend your personal details at any time on the Tell Ten website by clicking on VIEW MY DETAILS within the REGISTER section at the top of the website pages.

From time to time, Tell Ten will compile aggregate statistics about the services and may share them with reputable third parties. These statistics will not contain information that would enable any third party to identify you personally. Tell Ten reserves the right to access and disclose individually identifiable information to comply with all applicable laws and lawful requests by the appropriate authorities, to operate its systems properly or for its own protection or that of its other users. Tell Ten also reserves the right to disclose individually identifiable information to third parties where a complaint arises concerning your use of the Tell Ten Website and we consider that use to be inconsistent with our Terms and Conditions.
